1)install mkv codec - failed

		<description>I used the intel link above.  It said I had a custom driver, so I clicked on the link they have for different systems (mine is Dell).  It took me to Dell, and I was able to update my drivers from there.  I clicked on the question box near the download button which told me what order to do the updates in.  I did all of the recommended updates, but did not update things such as my mouse and keyboard or the bluetooth.  It did install a new program to view videos and got rid of the old one.</description>

		<description>Just had this error after doing windows updates which installed a new driver from Microsoft.

I had to reboot into safe mode then went to device manager in system properties from control panel, selected my video card under display adapters, right clicked on it, went to properties, selected the drivers tab abd hit rollback driver to go back to the working driver.

Just remember not to install the Microsoft driver when you do updates next time.</description>
