Someone brought this dip to a party I recently attended. It was a huge hit – nearly everyone who sampled it asked for the recipe. I was told that the recipe is from a local youth hockey cookbook. I’m sure that’s true, but I think the original source may be the Franks Red Hot website. Though this version has celery.

I usually make 2 pans – one with chicken and a vegetarian version without. It’s good either way.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing

1/2 cup buffalo flavored FRANK’S® REDHOT® Sauce

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup celery, chopped

2 cups shredded chicken. (Or canned chunk chicken.)

1. Place cream cheese into deep baking dish. Stir until smooth.

2. Mix in salad dressing, buffalo sauce and cheese. Stir in chicken, if desired

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
